Website Terms - regulates the terms of use of the website, the rights and obligations of the user towards the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.
The user - whoever performs any action through the Company's website in good faith and in accordance with the accepted use of such websites, including receiving information and/or entering information and/or viewing the contents appearing on the website.

Malfunctions, however, may occur, which are not under the control of the Company and/or are due to force majeure and as such, the user agrees that the Company, including its representatives, employees, managers, shareholders and those acting on its behalf, shall not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect) caused to the user and/or any third party in relation with the user's use, whether directly or indirectly, of the information and/or the user’s reliance on it. The Company shall not bear any liability for the disclosure of details provided by a user to the website in the event of an unlawful penetration into the website's computer systems.

The Company is permitted to use this information according to the Privacy Policy published on the website, including updates and other notices, information about services and special offers and/or direct mail services and/or advertisement materials according to law. The user gives the Company an explicit and informed consent to carry out the above mentioned actions and to send direct mail to the user, subject to the user’s rights under law to request to be removed from the direct mail list.
The Company assumes no liability in connection with the usage performed on the Company's website by a user acting not in good faith and/or for uses other than the customary type to perform on such sites.
User's obligations towards the Company:
The user undertakes not to upload, retrieve, broadcast, distribute or publish information or other material that may restrict or prevent others from using the website and/or to publish information or other material that is prohibited for publication or use as it constitutes a threat, harm, insult, slander, defamation, racism, pornography or other vulgar expression and/or other material that may infringe another's property rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights and/or any other proprietary right;

The user undertakes not to upload, retrieve, broadcast, distribute or publish information or other material that includes a virus or other software that may damage computer systems;
The user undertakes not to make any commercial use of the information;
The user is aware of the limitations of the Internet regarding information security on the Internet and frees the Company from any liability in this regard;
The user undertakes not to use the website in a manner that is not compatible with any law and/or is not agreed upon or that constitutes a forgery, modification or deletion of information;
The user agrees to indemnify and compensate the Company for any direct or indirect damage and/or any expense incurred to the Company in connection with a claim and/or demand arising as a result of improper use and/or failure to comply with the user's obligations under the provisions of the Website Terms.
The user agrees that without prejudice to any other right of the Company, in cases where the Company is concerned that the user's use of the website is inconsistent with the provisions of the Terms of Use and/or any law, the Company may track the user's use of the website, prevent the user access to the website, or transfer the user’s behaviour patterns on the website to third parties that prove, to the satisfaction of the Company, that they are harmed by the infringing activity of the user and any other action that the Company may consider as fit to take in order to protect its property and/or its rights.
All intellectual property rights of any kind, including, but not limited to, the copyrights, trademarks, brands, patents, trade secrets, designs, on the website and in the content, including the design and presentation of the web site, drawings, charts, illustrations, images, maps, software, applications, graphic and other files, texts and/or any other material that is included and/or connected to the website and its operation (hereinafter: the "information"), if related to registered rights or rights not yet registered, are the exclusive property of the Company only and the use of all the said rights is permitted to the Company exclusively.

The user acknowledges the existing copyright in the information appearing on the website and undertakes not to make any commercial use of the information or any use contrary to the provisions of copyright law and international conventions.
Any dispute and/or claim arising between the user and the Company shall be heard only by the authorised courts in the Tel Aviv District.
The user, upon entering the Company's website and/or making use of it, accepts all of the above-stated and expresses consent without any reservation.
