Another milestone for the start of engineering work at the high-tech park in Ashdod. This is a large, 13-acre park that is divided into 25 different lots, including commercial, high-tech and high-tech industry.
70% of the park complex has already been purchased by huge companies in the Israeli economy, including Albetech, owned by Alta Systems Ltd. and the aerospace industry subsidiary.
21 dunams of the complex were sold to Taliran, on which the company will build a knowledge-rich building of 30,000 square meters, employing 1,200 people.
